A step-by-step walkthrough for the Aran 3rd job quest at level 70. This quest has a hidden requirement not explained in the quest UI.

Prerequisites

• Level 70 as Aran (2nd job)
• Maker skill unlocked (at least level 1)
• Crafting materials for Red Jade:
  • 1 Dark Crystal
  • 3 Diamond Ores
  • 3 Garnet Ores

Step 1 - The Thief Crow

1. Accept the lightbulb quest from Lilin to go to Rien
2. Talk to Maha in Rien town - he tells you a Red Jade was stolen by a thief crow
3. Go to the boat map (far right from Rien, where you'd normally take a boat to Lith Harbor)
4. Defeat the Crow boss
5. The Crow will NOT drop the Red Jade - this is intended, don't panic
6. Return to Maha and complete his quest

Step 2 - The Mirror World

1. Lilin will have a new quest - enter the Mirror World
2. Go to the Mirror World portal (same entrance as 2nd job advancement, far left from Rien town)
3. You'll appear in an El Nath-themed map with a Yeti NPC at the bottom
4. Talk to the Yeti - he asks you to enter a portal beside him to retrieve a gem
5. Enter the portal and fight the Crow boss again - this time the Red Jade drops
6. Exit the boss map and complete the quest with the Yeti
7. The Yeti explains (in dialogue only, not the quest description) the recipe to craft a Red Jade

Step 3 - Crafting the Red Jade

1. Exit the Mirror World and return to Rien town
2. Open the Maker skill and craft a Red Jade using: 1 Dark Crystal + 3 Diamond Ores + 3 Garnet Ores
3. This completes Lilin's quest requirement
4. Talk to Maha to receive your 3rd job advancement

Tip: After advancing, Full Swing may not appear in your skill window. Complete the Aran job questline up to "Neinhart's Thanks" to unlock it.
